The app effortlessly tracks your sleep and heart rate throughout the day, starting from when you wake up in the morning. It automatically detects your sleep and measures your resting heart rate and restlessness during sleep hours.

Online security is a top priority, and the Motiv Ring provides a simple yet effective solution. By utilizing 2-Factor Verification, the ring ensures the safety of your online accounts, be it for online shopping, email access, or social media usage.

The Motiv App recognizes when you're improving your heart health and helps you achieve your cardiovascular goals. Getting your heart rate up is crucial for preventing heart disease and stroke, and this app ensures that you are on the right track.

Customization is key, as everyone has unique daily routines. The Motiv Ring adapts by automatically adjusting your daily Active Minutes targets based on your progress towards your weekly goal - much like rollover minutes. Additionally, the free Motiv App now allows you to set personalized daily step and sleep goals, allowing you to focus on reaching your desired targets while ensuring adequate rest.

With free wireless app and firmware updates, the Motiv Ring constantly improves over time. Regular releases of new features and functionality ensure that you always have access to the latest and greatest.

For seamless integration with other health apps, the Motiv Ring enables exporting of selected data to Apple Health. Simply go to Settings -> Apple Health to enable syncing.
